We offer retreats with a variety of teachers. They have all completed foundational yoga teacher trainings, specialist yoga teacher trainings and have years of experience both teaching and practicing yoga. Some of our teachers specialise in meditation, sound therapy, crystal therapy and essential oils. Each retreat is a unique offering, combining the strengths of these inspiring yogis.
Anais is a Hatha Yoga teacher with years of experience as a gymnast and a dancer. Having trained in Mysore, India, her style is heavily influenced by Ashtanga yoga. Anais’s ever growing interest in meditation began after her training in Vipassana, which has led her to include meditation in all her sessions. Over the past couple of years she has developed an ever growing interest in therapeutic essential oils, and weaves them into her classes. Although her sessions can be a bit challenging, they are designed to include everyone, to help you increase your flexibility and strength, whilst creating a space of quiet contemplation.
Maggie teaches Jivamukti and Vinyasa Yoga and has been practicing since her teens; she aims to share the sense of joy and peace that yoga gives her. Coming from a background in engineering she is keen to understand the science behind yoga, and also loves the creative freedom it gives her. She encourages students to be similarly forever curious, question and try a variety of ways to practice, and continue in the direction where they find growth and benefit.
Amy completed her foundation training in Hatha and Vinyasa. She then continued her education in Yin yoga and Mindfulness with Sarah Lo. She also uses bowls, gongs, vocals and percussion to create a different soundscape during her sound baths. Recently Amy has also explored breathwork and crystal healing, allowing her to create a specialised, bespoke and individual experience in each class she teaches. Drawing upon all elements of her training, expect strong powerful flows, blissful relaxation and cerebral release.
