New year New you. A Yoga and Sound Retreat with Anais and Amy. As we welcome in the New Year, treat your mind, body and spirit to a sensory escape. Connecting with daily yoga and sound journeying we will begin to take steps to unlock and release trapped energy, dust away the cobwebs, readying ourselves not only for the year ahead but laying foundations for the rest of our lives.

If we have learned anything from 2020 it was that ’Normal was the problem’ (RM) Now is the time to make that necessary change. Not simply for ourselves, but for the survival of our civilisation on this miraculous Planet.

There will be options to partake in Breathwork, Meditation, Crystal Healing and Essential Oils sessions, delving a little deeper into unlocking unhelpful patterning that we may have accumulated throughout our lives, reconnecting with our naturally awakened states. The week will open with a Puja Ceremony and End with a celebratory bonfire. You will be taken care of physically and spiritually. All food and accommodation included.

Full Price per person is £1050 for a shared twin room with private bathroom.
